Who are we?

Hayley and Vienna both qualified as midwives in 2019 after training together in two local Kent Trusts. They each have two teenage children, all born in the very hospital where they now proudly work. Between them, they have gained extensive experience across hospital and community settings. Hayley was a member of a homebirth team and has been privileged to support many beautiful homebirths. Vienna has worked in triage and a continuity team, caring for and supporting people throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postnatal period. They have both worked within their Trust’s maternity education team, delivering training to all maternity staff. They also share their expertise with the wider healthcare community through teaching on national courses with the Resuscitation Council UK as Newborn Life Support Instructors.

Meet the founders…

Hayley and Vienna are not only colleagues, but also very good friends. We wrote a little something about each other.

Vienna Collette

Vienna lives in Ashford with her husband, two teenage children, and a dog called Presley who’s a fluffy old man now.

As a person she radiates warmth. She loves people; her family, her friends and the families she cares for at work. Vienna is competitive (in a good way), hard working, will rise to any challenge, and one of the most logical people I know. When not at work you’ll likely find her socialising, with family, at a live music event, at the gym or doing a puzzle.

Hayley Sargeant

Hayley lives in Ashford with her husband, two teenage boys and the family dog Luna. She loves strolls along the beach and hunting for a charity shop bargain. She makes an excellent veggie curry, loves a crime podcast and can play the ukelele.

Hayley is smart, methodical and incredibly hard working. She’s thoughtful and down to earth and great fun to be around. Not only is she a fantastic wife and mum but a loyal friend who always puts others before herself, never expecting anything in return.

Find us on our Socials…

We have a love/hate relationship with social media, but you can find us trying our best on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok where we share lots of useful pregnancy and postnatal information, post a bit about what we’re getting up to and have the occasional sneaky giveaway/competition.
