What we are…

* A WhatsApp based message service

* A rolling monthly subscription

* A place for advice, reassurance, to seek information. No question is too small

* Fast - we aim to get back to you as quickly as possible and always within 24 hours

 

What we are not…

* A contract - start and cancel your subscription at any time. Some people may want support during their pregnancy, others for a couple of weeks when their baby is born, or anything in between

* An emergency service - this is not for urgent medical advice. Please always contact your local maternity triage unit or ED in an emergency

* Available for phone calls. Hayley and Vienna are more than happy to receive written or voice messages, but are not able to take phone calls. It is important that the information and support we provide is evidence-based, clear and able to be seen by us both as we share the cover of this service.
