Frequently Asked Questions

Who can come with me?

Anyone! We ask that you only bring one person with you, as the space and sessions have been carefully curated to accommodate a maximum of 16 attendees (8 sets of couples). But feel free to bring your partner, mum, sister, friend, whoever you feel would be best placed to support you. We don't mind if you swap out session by session.

You can also come alone, totally fine by us!

What do I need to bring to my course?

Yourself, your birth partner (if you want) and your questions. There are plenty of places to get a hot drink before the class, which you are welcome to bring in with you. We do not require you to come with birth balls/mats or any other equipment.

Can I still come if I am having a planned caesarean birth or induction?

Yes, absolutely. Regardless of how you plan to birth your baby our classes are designed to cater to everyone. It also provides you a space to connect with a peer group of local expectant parents who are due their babies at around the same time.
